Return Policy
Last updated: March 2025. This Return Policy explains your right to withdraw from a purchase (where applicable), how to return products, and how we process refunds. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and mandatory consumer law.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA)
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are acting for purposes outside your trade, business or profession) and the contract is subject to EU/EEA consumer law (e.g. you are in Finland or another EU/EEA country), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The 14-day period runs from the day on which you (or a third party you have designated, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the period runs from the day you take possession of the last item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email or post) before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or any other clear statement. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Return of goods: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We are not required to reimburse the cost of return shipment unless we have agreed otherwise or we are required to do so under applicable law (e.g. in some jurisdictions the seller bears the cost of return for certain distance contracts). Goods should be returned in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging where reasonable, and in accordance with any return instructions we provide. We may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases under applicable law (e.g. goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; goods which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery). 3. Returns outside the withdrawal period (e.g. faulty goods)
If you are not satisfied with the product for reasons other than a change of mind (e.g. the product is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to the contract), you may have statutory rights under warranty or consumer rights legislation. In such cases, please contact us with a description of the issue and, where possible, photos or other evidence. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law. We may ask you to return the product for inspection. Return shipping costs for faulty or non-conforming goods may be borne by us in accordance with mandatory law.
4. How to initiate a return or withdrawal
Step 1: Contact us within the withdrawal period (or within a reasonable time for warranty/defect claims) at the email or phone number above. State your order reference (e.g. order number or email used), the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason (e.g. withdrawal without reason, or defect).
Step 2: We will confirm receipt and, where applicable, provide you with return instructions and any return address or label information.
Step 3: Pack the product securely, preferably in the original packaging, and send it back in accordance with our instructions. We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping proof of postage.
Step 4: Once we have received the goods (and, where required, verified their condition), we will process the refund as set out in this policy and in line with applicable law.
5. Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. Refunds are processed without undue delay and in any event within the time limits required by law (e.g. within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or of your evidence of return, for withdrawal). If your bank or payment provider takes additional time to credit your account, that is outside our control. If we are unable to reimburse via the original method (e.g. card expired), we will contact you to agree an alternative. You will not be charged any fee for the refund unless required by your payment provider or applicable law.
Partial refunds (e.g. for partial returns or where we deduct for diminished value as permitted by law) will be communicated to you before we process them.
6. Damaged or missing items on delivery
If you receive a damaged or incomplete delivery, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within a few days of delivery) and, if possible, provide photos and a short description. We will work with you and, where relevant, the carrier to resolve the issue (e.g. replacement or refund). Please keep the packaging and any documentation from the carrier in case they are needed for a claim.
7. Consumers outside the EU/EEA
If you are not a consumer in the EU/EEA, or if your contract is not governed by EU/EEA consumer directives, different rules may apply. We will still consider return requests in good faith and in accordance with our general terms and any applicable local law. Contact us for details relevant to your situation.
8. Changes to this Return Policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly. Changes apply to new orders and new return requests. For orders already placed, the policy in effect at the time of the order (or at the time you exercise your right of withdrawal) applies to that transaction.
